| Russian Cruiser Moskva |
The first Russian battle ship in years to pass through Turkish waters made a transit passage yesterday down Istanbul's Bosphorus Straits, on its way to the Marmara Sea and then to the Aegean.
Russia's admiral battle ship, the "Moscow," was accompanied by a Turkish coast guard boat as it passed from the Black Sea entrance to the Bosphorus and out to the Marmara Sea. The "Moscow" battle ship is ultimately headed for the Atlantic Ocean, where it is set to take part in Russian military exercises.
