Earthquake of magnitude 3.4 on the Richter scale occurred in the northern Aegean to 1:39 at night. Richter 3.4 earthquake south of Mount Athos The epicenter is located offshore in the area, 22 km south of Karyes and 100 km south of Kavala.
The focal depth of vibration is determined to 2 km.
