A delicious and nutritious breakfast to kickstart your day
2 -3 cups Greek style plain yoghurt
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups toasted walnuts
1/2 cup honey
Method:
1. Mix yoghurt and vanilla.
2. In four glasses, alternate layers of yoghurt, then walnuts, then honey. Start with yoghurt, end with honey.
