Radiation levels around Japan’s Fukushima nuclear plant, which was
crippled in 2011 from an Earthquake and Tsunami, are reportedly 18 times
higher than has been previously reported.
Not only are radiation levels higher, but The Tokyo Electric Power Company (Tepco) says it has discovered a leak on another pipe emitting radiation levels of 230 millisieverts an hour, according to BBC.
For a quick visual of exactly how bad things are, all one has to do is look at the August 30 viral photo of the day showing the “boiling sea” of Fukushima.
