Put the barley shaped pasta into a small pan with salted water, bring to a boil and when tender, drain. Peal the prawns leaving their tails in place.
Heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, fennel and garlic, on a low heat for 2-3 minutes until they go translucent. Add the olives, blend them in until they go warm and add the ouzo. Let the ouzo be absorbed and add the tomatoes, dill, feta and barley shaped pasta and cook while stirring, until all ingredients bind together and juices have been absorbed.
In the mean time, add salt and pepper to the prawns, put them on a grill grid and cook them, for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they turn pink.
Serve the barley shaped pasta with the prawns (if you want, shape the pasta into a circular shape) and pour the passata over the whole. Garnish the plate with some granulated feta and the finely chopped olives.
